It’s a Cupcake, a sweets and savory boutique that specializes in homemade gourmet cupcakes and treats, is known for its famous Sweet Potato Pie Cupcakes and Savory Cupcakes, at least one of which, The Shorty (a Mexican chocolate short rib cupcake) Mona will demo at COOK.
